Kaapqah mobile application · Last updated 13 August 2026

This policy explains what the Kaapqah app collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. The app is operated by ACH Business Service Company (Commercial Registration 7037002123), Aws lbn khalid ibn obaid, Al Fayha District, Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

What we collect

What we do not collect

Camera

The app asks for camera access only when you choose to scan a QR code — for example to identify yourself at the counter or to open a table menu. Images are processed on your device to read the code and are never uploaded or stored.

Why we use your data

To create and operate your membership, apply loyalty points and store credit, issue receipts and tax invoices where required by Saudi law, and answer your questions about your account. We also send you messages about your orders and membership; where we use WhatsApp to deliver a receipt or a verification code, your number is shared with WhatsApp solely to deliver that message.

Where your data is stored

Your data is held on servers located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, inside our own ERP system. Access is limited to Kaapqah staff who need it to serve you, and to Enfono Technologies, who maintain the system for us under contract.

How long we keep it

We keep your membership record for as long as your account is open. Invoices and tax records are kept for the period Saudi tax law requires (currently six years), even if you close your account, because we are legally obliged to retain them.

Your rights

Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you may ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Deletion requests are honoured except for records we must keep for tax purposes. You can also ask us to stop sending you marketing messages at any time.

To make any of these requests, or to complain about how we have handled your data, contact us at kaapqah@gmail.com or +966 57 510 0171.

Children

The app is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, tell you in the app.
